Join Kaitlin for a fun 45 minute interval workout followed by 15 minutes of gentle yoga. Get sweaty, get outside your comfort zone, and make new friends!
Every Monday and Wednesday in August from 6-7pm.
@ Sacajawea Park (near tennis courts).
$10 drop in or $50 for all 8 classes.
Bring a water bottle!
*Alternate transportation credit: walk, ride your bike, rollerblade, snowshoe to class and receive $1 credit/class attended towards your next series.
